A workshop that teaches the Marketing Planning process where participants complete a workbook for their offering to their market.
   
Project Management
2 days
Trains Project Managers in the IT business to bring in projects within agreed objectives for Time, Budget and System Characteristics. Deals with both Technology and People change processes.
